Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

At Coppell Oral & Facial Surgery, we are committed to providing exceptional care while maintaining clear and straightforward financial policies. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We do not offer monthly payment plans or routinely bill patients after services have been provided.

When applicable, we will provide an insurance pre-estimate and submit claims to your insurance company as a courtesy. Please understand that any estimate of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment. If your insurance company pays less than the amount anticipated in the pre-estimate, denies a covered service, or otherwise leaves a remaining patient balance, you are responsible for the outstanding amount. In these circumstances, you may receive a bill for the remaining balance after your insurance claim has been processed.

We do not send monthly statements. Any balance communicated to you following insurance processing is due promptly upon receipt.

If you have questions regarding your account, insurance estimate, or payment responsibility, please contact Coppell Oral & Facial Surgery at 972-366-0065. We are happy to review your account with you and clarify any questions regarding your financial responsibility.
